Procedure:

1. Get your straw.

2.Bite on your straw to make it flat.

3.Get the scissors and cut at the flat part, to make a triangle.

4. Now blow.

The sound you are trying to make is a Buzz like a kazoo.

Question to answer.

What will happen if you start cutting off the straw a little bit at a time? Will it go higher, lower, or just stop?

Famous Five Five Fall Into an Adventure

Timmy.

Timmy is a mischief and courageous dog. He loves sleeping on top of Anny's feet, on her warm and comfortable bed. All of the famous five love him because of his fluffy body and because he is part of there family. Timmy is George's dog and she does takes the most carefullest care of him.

Five On a Treasure Island

George's cousins are coming all the way to see george and her dog Timmy. Anne realy wants her cousin to be a girl for a change but the bad thing is she's a tom boy! Great Barrier Reef

The Great Barrier Reef is the worlds largest coral reef it stretches over 2600km long! And its has over 2900 individual reefs altogether. The Great Barrier Reef is located on the edge of Queensland.

The beautiful reef is surrounded in lots of underwater creatures and maybe they'll jump out of the water to say hi.

Its Beautiful nature it holds the many reasons a tourist would want come to this luscious place.The Great Barrier Reef holds a great environment for anyone to play in. But there is a predator that is trying to destroy the beautiful reef and its called The Crown of Thorns Starfish. They eat the polyps that grow on the coral reefs to stop the coral from growing. It looks something like this:

As you can see its looks very dangerous well it is. In 2000 there was a report that there was a loss of 66% of coral! Through its spines it can release venom to HUMANS! It can cause stinging and it can last for hours even weeks! These creatures are not the only threat to the Great Barrier Reef like oil spills, ship accidents, diseases and tropical cyclones. One of these diseases are Skeletal Eroding Band (SEB) which is a black and dark gray fungus that covers the coral and kills it.

Maths Time Tables and Measurement

1. If I leave Canberra on the bus at 9.15 am, and get into Sydney three hours and fifteen minutes later, what time will it be?
12:30.

2. If I have to be at a meeting at 11.30am, and it takes 37 minutes to get there, what time will I have to leave home?

3. If it takes 25 minutes to read a chapter in my book, and I want to read 3 chapters, how long will it take me?

4. If I am going to bake cookies, and each tray takes twelve minutes to bake, how long will it take, in hours and minutes, to bake six trays?

22. Select your brush tool. You will want a brush that has a large, solid area so that your
photo will not have holes in the center. Increase the size of the brush until it covers
an area large enough for your photo, make sure your brush Opacity is at 100%, and
stamp (a single click rather than a click and drag). (If you are uncomfortable with this
part - check out Lauren Bavins "Brushed On Quick Bits".) [Hint: you can resize after
you stamp if you decide it is to big or small.]
23. Clip photo to this layer the same way you clipped the tiles. If you find the central
portion of your photo is too opaque, undo to the 'Stamp' step. Stamp 2 or 3 times
without moving your cursor. This will darken the center of the stamp and make your
clipping more solid in the center.
24. Play with the color and/or blend mode of your photo until you have achieved the
desired effect.
25. Add some multicolored paint streaks - select one or two different brushes and colors.
Keep this subtle by using soft colors and/or by lowering opacity and size.
26. Now simply add some text, a title, and a maybe a couple of elements and you are
done.
